Felles for alle trykktanker er at de t\u00e5ler trykk. En tank er en trykktank n\u00e5r den t\u00e5ler et trykk st\u00f8rre enn 0,5 bar g. JH St\u00e5lindustri produserer trykktanker av h\u00f8y kvalitet, der hver detalj er gjennomtenkt og dokumentert i samsvar med gjeldende lovgivning og standarder.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Trykktankenes bruk<\/h2>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>Trykktanker er de best mulige tankene som en del av prosesser i mange bransjer. Trykktanker brukes for eksempel i:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meieri-industri<\/li>\n<li>Matindustrier<\/li>\n<li>Kjemisk industri<\/li>\n<li>Legemiddelindustrien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>Her brukes trykktankene blant annet som blandetanker, til gj\u00e6ring, flashing, h\u00f8ytrykkskoking, v\u00e6sker under trykk, aseptisk, gasslagring eller som buffertanker.<\/p>\n<p>Som regel brukes trykktanker som innend\u00f8rstanker, men vi kan ogs\u00e5 enkelt produsere trykktanker som kan brukes utend\u00f8rs. I tillegg brukes ofte trykktanker i lukkede systemer og prosesslinjer.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<h3>Sterile trykktanker<\/h3>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>Er det en del av prosessen som m\u00e5 v\u00e6re steril? Da er trolig en trykktank det riktige valget for denne delen av prosesslinjen. Den store fordelen med en trykktank er at du helt kan unng\u00e5 ytre p\u00e5virkninger. En steril tank m\u00e5 til enhver tid holdes hermetisk lukket.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>I legemiddelindustrien brukes for eksempel veldig sterilt vann. N\u00e5r vannet er gjort sterilt, holdes det sterilt gjennom resten av prosessen i en trykktank, ettersom man alltid kjenner innholdet i trykktanken p\u00e5 grunn av trykket.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>UHT-anlegg er et annet godt eksempel fra meieriindustrien, der maten varmebehandles\/pasteuriseres opp til ca. 140 grader. Deretter er det avgj\u00f8rende at maten holdes ren. Derfor brukes trykktanker, der alle ytre p\u00e5virkninger kan holdes utenfor.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<h2>Produksjon av rustfrie trykktanker<\/h2>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>Hos JH St\u00e5lindustri produserer vi rustfrie trykktanker i henhold til v\u00e5re kunders kravspesifikasjoner. Vi passer godt p\u00e5 at europeiske standarden EN 13445 blir fulgt, som er EU-standarden for beregning av trykktanker. N\u00e5r vi produserer en trykktank, involverer det blant annet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En grundig dialog med v\u00e5re kunder om kravspesifikasjoner<\/li>\n<li>N\u00f8yaktige beregninger fra ingeni\u00f8rene v\u00e5re<\/li>\n<li>N\u00f8yaktig h\u00e5ndverk fra smedene v\u00e5re<\/li>\n<li>Grundig dokumentasjon av hele produksjonsprosessen og full sporbarhet av alle materialer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<h3>Grundig dialog med v\u00e5re kunder<\/h3>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 20px; height: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<p>N\u00e5r vi skal produsere en trykktank, er det viktig at vi har en 100% forst\u00e5else av hvordan trykktanken skal inkluderes i prosesslinjen. Derfor har vi en grundig og inng\u00e5ende dialog med kundene v\u00e5re, slik at de riktige valgene blir tatt. Disse kan omfatte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oppsett<\/strong>: Avhengig av dimensjoner og volum, kan tanken plasseres p\u00e5 runde eller trekantede koniske ben eller henges i konsoller.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Isolasjon<\/strong>: Hvis tanken skal brukes der prosesstemperaturen enten er h\u00f8y eller lav, vil det v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendig \u00e5 isolere tanken. Isolasjonsmantelen kan v\u00e6re helt sveiset rustfritt st\u00e5l n\u00e5r de bakteriologiske kravene er h\u00f8ye. Alternativt vil en popnaglet aluminiumsplate v\u00e6re en \u00f8konomisk fordel.
